This policy explains how Quadrex Labs (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We are based in India and work with clients worldwide.

  • Emails and calls: any information you choose to share when you email or call us.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
  • To deliver and manage projects if you become a client.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We process data to respond to your request and take steps before entering a contract, for our legitimate interest in running our business, and where required, with your consent. This is in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, and similar laws where they apply.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or where the law requires it. Contact form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree (formspree.io); our email is hosted by Zoho, and the website by our hosting provider.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months. Client project records are kept for as long as needed for the engagement and our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@quadrexlabs.in and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
